Expert Say’s About Software

Windows Vista is much more stable than Windows XP. The problem is, most of the programs available now aren’t optimized for Vista so they may have a few kinks. You may wants to wait a while until Vista specific versions of these programs are released. For under 70K, there are a lot o choose from which can run Vista Home Premium and ultimate. Check out the Asus A8JR, Lenovo Y400, Acer Aspire 5583WXMi-XH, Compaq Presario V3235TU, and the Toshiba Tecra A8-1124E. All of these laptops are Vista-capable.

Sadly, if you look around you, CRT televisions are very much on their way out. Apart from their unmanageable bulk, they consume more power than their LCD counterparts. Contrary to what your parents are saying. LCDs rarely break down and can last almost as long as CRT TVs. Add that to the other benefits that LCD has over CRT i.e. better resolution, all digital connections (HDMI), HDTV compatibility, wide screen support, then its obvious what your choice is.
